What exactly prompted me to start this today, I couldn’t say. I think it was probably just to convince myself that I would actually follow through with it.
Today, I signed up for an IngramSpark account, and I’m now 100% determined to publish these silly stories of mine. I spent most of the afternoon waffling and pricing and trying to figure out where I wanted to host my author site. Then I started to panic: spending real money on this means it’s real. I never really set out to be an author, but here I am writing my first blog post about it.
I hope this is the first post of many as I wander blindly through the world of self-publishing. Hopefully, before too long, I’ll be able to share big news!
